Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU WEO

Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by partnering with a multidisciplinary team. Assist with admission and discharge processes while providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve staff performance and engagement. Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service delivery. Monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies in partnership with management. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
