Coordinate patient-centered care in the PCU WEO unit by partnering with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality care; assist with admission and discharge processes; support improved outcomes and service; provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement; assist with staff scheduling. Requires an RN with ACLS within 30 days of start and BLS; Registered Nurse Diploma.
