Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU WEO

Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by partnering with a multidisciplinary team. Assist with admission and discharge processes while supporting improved outcomes through collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement, and assist with staff scheduling. Monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies in partnership with management. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start.
