Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU WEO

Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by partnering with a multidisciplinary team. Assist with admission and discharge processes while providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve staff performance and engagement. Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service delivery. Assist with staff scheduling and monitor nursing care in accordance with established policies. This role requires an RN with ACLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
