Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for PCU WEO partners with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Assists with admission and discharge processes, supports improved outcomes and service, provides coaching and training to improve performance and engagement, and assists with staff scheduling. Requires RN with Registered Nurse Diploma and ACLS/BLS certifications.
