Clinical Nurse Coordinator nights

Coordinate all unit functions during the night shift, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through admission and discharge management. Direct nursing care in collaboration with the management team while assessing care quality and supporting service recovery. Manage staff scheduling and labor in alignment with patient needs, assist with inventory control, and recommend training for new hires. Implement conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to maintain policy compliance. Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 60 days and other required certifications.
