Clinical Nurse Coordinator nights

Provide leadership at the bedside in the Emergency Department night shift, coordinating patient care and ensuring adherence to clinical and safety standards. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor nurses, and assist with staffing and workflow. Support ED staff while maintaining strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills to deliver patient-centered care. This role requires experienced ED RNs committed to teamwork and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.
