Clinical Nurse Coordinator Neuro Trauma

Coordinate all unit functions and direct nursing care in the Neuro Trauma unit during designated shifts, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. Assist with admission and discharge processes to maintain efficient throughput, while participating in ongoing assessments of patient care services. Collaborate with management to create a supportive teamwork environment, manage staff scheduling and labor, and support inventory control for supplies and equipment. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, including implementing training courses, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations. Manage practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with productivity guidelines and established policies.
