Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator Neph Metabolic role coordinating high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on the unit during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include overseeing admissions/discharges for efficient throughput, monitoring care quality with the management team, developing a collaborative environment with subject-matter experts, supporting patient-first initiatives and service recovery, implementing nursing strategies to improve engagement, guiding interviewing/training of new staff, assisting with staff scheduling and labor management, and ensuring proper inventory and supplies control. Requires RN with ACLS and BCLS certification and at least 2 years of nursing experience; no travel required.
