Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator role responsible for directing and coordinating quality patient-centered nursing care on the unit/department during shift. Works with management to monitor and evaluate care, serves as a resource for staff, assists with admissions and discharges, participates in quality improvement initiatives, supports staff training and development, staffing logistics, and inventory control. Requires BSN (or enrollment with 5-year plan) and RN licensure; preferred MSN. Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to drive excellent patient outcomes and align with organizational nursing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- One year of RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position
- Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC license may apply)
