Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical Renal leads and coordinates nursing care for the renal unit, ensures efficient patient throughput, participates in quality improvement, assists with staff hiring/training, manages staff scheduling and inventory, and collaborates with management to optimize patient outcomes. Requires RN licensure (state or compact), an Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma, 1+ years of relevant experience, and BLS; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Focus on patient-centered care, staff development, and adherence to policies to support the unit’s performance and patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- 1+ years applicable experience Required
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
