Job Summary
Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by partnering with a multidisciplinary team. Assist with admission and discharge processes while providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve staff performance and engagement. Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service. Assist with staff scheduling and monitor nursing care in accordance with established policies. Requires Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support certifications within 30 days of start, an RN license, and one year of experience. Located at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, a full-service acute care hospital offering comprehensive services including Level III NICU and stroke center capabilities.
