Clinical Nurse Coordinator - FT - Days - Rehab

Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services and collaborate with management to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care. Support staff scheduling, manage practical labor aspects, and provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new personnel. Engage in service recovery, operationalize nursing strategies like employee rounding, and assist with inventory control and supply management. Ensure compliance with personnel policies, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions while modeling organizational values. This role requires 1+ years of applicable experience, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and an active North Carolina RN license with BLS certification.
