Clinical Nurse Coordinator - FT - Day - Acute Care

Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services, collaborate with management to direct and evaluate nursing care, and serve as a resource for staff. Support service recovery efforts, operationalize nursing strategies like employee and hourly rounds, and provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new personnel. Manage staff scheduling and labor in accordance with productivity guidelines while overseeing inventory control and supply equipment. Requires 1+ years of experience, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing, an active NC RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time day shift role at Highlands-Cashiers Hospital, a member of Mission Health and HCA Healthcare, serving Macon, Jackson, and surrounding counties.
