Clinical Nurse Coordinator - FT - Day - Acute Care

Clinical Nurse Coordinator responsible for directing and coordinating high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on the unit during the shift. Collaborates with management to monitor care, provide staff resource support, and implement nursing strategies to improve outcomes. Leads admissions/discharges, participates in quality assessment, supports staff recruitment/training, assists with scheduling and labor management, and oversees inventory and supplies to ensure efficient, compliant operations. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, active RN licensure (NC or compact), and BLS certification; preferred familiarity with eNLC and hospital nursing practices.
