Clinical Nurse Coordinator - FT - Day - Acute Care

Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services in collaboration with management, while collaborating with subject matter experts to create environments supporting improved outcomes. Support a patient-first philosophy by engaging in service recovery when necessary and operationalize nursing strategies including employee rounding and hourly rounds. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, and implement courses of action for training, development, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations. Assist with staff scheduling and manage practical aspects of labor in accordance with productivity guidelines. Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
