Clinical Nurse Coordinator EP Lab directs and coordinates all unit functions during designated shifts, collaborates with management to assess and improve the quality of patient care, ensures staffing support and access to resources, and utilizes technology and tools to deliver safe, high-quality care. The role focuses on coordinating patient care services, managing staffing responsibilities, and supporting continuous clinical education and performance improvement in the EP Lab, under the supervision of the unit director or designee, with emphasis on maintaining effective staffing, safe patient care, and efficient unit operations.
