Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Department with PM/Night shifts. Leads day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow, may provide direct patient care, and guides a team of care-givers to deliver high-quality, individualized patient care from admission through discharge. Responsible for safety outcomes, patient experience, staff development, and clinical performance management; requires IL nursing licensure, BSN, and 3+ years of clinical experience. Mentors staff and coordinates care delivery within the department while aligning with organizational goals and Magnet-designated nursing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in appropriate clinical setting required
