Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Emergency Department (PM/Night) in Evanston, IL. Manage day-to-day clinical operations, unit workflow, and throughput; provide direct patient care when necessary; lead a care team to deliver high-quality, individualized patient care and support discharge planning. Responsibilities include guiding staff development through teaching, mentoring, and counseling; overseeing clinical performance management; and promoting safety and patient experience. Requires active IL RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred), BLS/CPR certification, and at least 3 years of relevant clinical experience with prior management experience preferred.
