Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations in the Emergency Department, manage unit workflow and throughput, and provide direct patient care as needed. Lead and mentor a team of care-givers, guide staff development, and take the lead on clinical performance management to promote safe, high-quality patient experiences. Position requires IL nursing licensure, BSN, BLS/CPR, and a minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience; Master’s degree preferred. Fulfills full-time PM/Night rotation with rotating weekends at Evanston Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in appropriate clinical setting
