Job Summary
Coordinate clinical operations in the Emergency Department, managing day-to-day unit workflow and throughput while guiding a team of caregivers to provide high-quality, individualized patient care and discharge planning. Expect to contribute to patient safety and experience, mentor staff, and take the lead on clinical performance management. May provide direct patient care as needed. Requires IL nursing licensure, a BSN (MSN preferred), and BLS/CPR certification, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience and PM/Night shifts with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in appropriate clinical setting required
- Prior management experience preferred
