Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Emergency Department (PM/Night) at Evanston Hospital. Leads day-to-day clinical operations, directs a team of care-givers, maintains unit workflow, may provide direct patient care, and ensures high-quality patient care and safety. Responsibilities include guiding staff development, performance management, and coordinating discharge-ready patient flow while collaborating with leadership. Requires IL RN licensure, BSN, BLS/CPR, and 3+ years of clinical experience; management experience preferred. Shift is 8-hour PM/Night with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in appropriate clinical setting
- Prior management experience preferred
