Job Summary
Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Department (PM/Night) at Evanston Hospital. Leads day-to-day clinical operations, manages unit workflow and throughput, and may provide direct patient care. Requires IL RN licensure, BSN, BLS/CPR, and at least 3 years of clinical experience with preferred management experience. Responsibilities include guiding a care team, staff development, performance management, and ensuring high-quality patient experiences and safety outcomes. Rotating PM/Night shifts with weekends; 40 hours per week; hospital-scale responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required
- Prior management experience preferred
