Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator leads nursing care in the Emergency Department, coordinating admission/discharge, quality of care assessments, staff development, and supervisory activities; collaborates with management to improve outcomes, staff scheduling, inventory and supplies control, and patient-centered care initiatives; requires RN with ACLS/BLS/NRP/PALS training within specified timelines and degrees (Associate or Bachelor’s) within 1 year; full-time night shift with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 1 year
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 days
- Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year
- Neonate Resuscitation Program within 1 year
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing within 1 year
