Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our Emergency Department, a full-time night-shift role with rotating weekends. The CNC delivers high quality, patient-centered nursing care, directs and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, assists with admissions/discharges, collaborates with management to improve outcomes, schedules staff, manages supplies, and supports nursing strategies and staff development. Requires RN and relevant certifications (ACLS, BCLS, ENPC, NRP/Neonatal Resuscitation, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, PALS, TNCC). Educations options include ADN or BSN paths with required certifications to be obtained within specified timelines. Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 60 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Core within 1 year of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year of employment start date
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 1 year of employment start date
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within 1 year of employment start date
