Job Summary
Coordinate Emergency Department nursing operations with day/PM coverage (including weekends), lead a team of care-givers to ensure high-quality, individualized patient care and discharge preparation, guide staff development and clinical performance, and occasionally provide direct patient care. Drive safety outcomes, promote high-quality patient experiences, and manage day-to-day unit workflow and throughput in a full-time clinical-coordinator role at Endeavor Health's Glenbrook Hospital network.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required); Master's degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an appropriate clinical setting required; prior management experience preferred
