Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow in the Emergency Department as Clinical Nurse Coordinator. Lead a team of caregivers, oversee patient care delivery, and guide staff development to ensure safety, high-quality patient experiences, and timely discharge planning. May assume direct patient care when necessary and take accountability for outcomes of care in designated clinical areas. Requires nursing licensure in IL, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and BLS/CPR certification, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; managerial experience preferred. Day/PM shifts including weekends, full-time at Glenbrook Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting
