Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Emergency Department: manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow, provide direct patient care when necessary, lead a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality, individualized patient care, guide staff development, and take the lead on clinical performance management. Requires IL RN license, BSN, BLS/CPR, and 3+ years of clinical experience; Master’s degree preferred. Day/PM, full-time schedule, with weekend coverage. Emphasis on safety, patient experience, and efficient throughput in a Magnet-hospital-level setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting
