Clinical Nurse Coordinator-Emergency Department-Day/PM

Coordinate ED clinical operations and lead a team of care-givers in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput, taking direct patient care when necessary, and being accountable for patient outcomes in the ED. This role involves guiding staff development through teaching and mentoring, leading clinical performance management, and ensuring safety and quality for patients and families. Requires IL nursing licensure, a Bachelor's in Nursing, BLS/CPR certification, and a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience; Master’s degree preferred; weekend Day/PM coverage with 40 hours per week.
