Job Summary
Coordinate Emergency Department operations as Clinical Nurse Coordinator at Glenbrook Hospital, managing day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow. Willingness to provide direct patient care when necessary and lead a team of care-givers to deliver high-quality, individualized care and support discharge planning. Responsibilities include guiding staff development through teaching and mentoring, taking the lead on clinical performance management, and promoting safety and a positive patient experience. Requires IL nursing licensure, a BSN (Master’s preferred), BLS/CPR certification, and a minimum of 3 years in a clinical setting with prior management experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Master’s degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
