Clinical Nurse Coordinator-Cardiac/Stroke-Nights

Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput for the Cardiac/Stroke unit, ensuring safety outcomes and high-quality patient experiences. Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing individualized care while preparing patients for discharge, assuming direct patient care if necessary. Be accountable for care outcomes and lead clinical performance management through teaching, mentoring, and counseling staff on clinical and customer loyalty skills. Shifts run 11:30 pm to 7:30 am as part of a full-time, 40-hour week.
