Clinical Nurse Coordinator-Cardiac/Stroke-Nights

Manage day-to-day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput on the Cardiac/Stroke unit, positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high-quality patient experience. Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing individualized care while preparing patients for discharge, assuming direct patient care if necessary. Be accountable for care outcomes in the specific clinical area and take the lead on clinical performance management. Mentor and counsel staff on clinical and customer loyalty skills to support staff development. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts running from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am. Endeavor Health serves over 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties with a network of Magnet hospitals.
