Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) leads patient-centered nursing care and coordination on the unit during the designated shift. Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, ongoing assessment of care quality, collaboration with managers and staff to improve outcomes, staff training and development, staff scheduling and labor management, inventory control, and implementing nursing strategies (e.g., rounding initiatives) to enhance patient experience and clinical performance. The role requires an RN with a Registered Nurse Diploma, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days of start). Travel is not required.
