Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care during the designated shift, directs nursing care in collaboration with the management team, serves as a resource for staff, supports staffing and scheduling, and contributes to recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and inventory management. Requires RN with an Associate Degree and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS); BCLS Instructor eligibility within 30 days of start date. Location: Hermitage, TN.
