Clinical Nurse Consultant- Pennsylvania

Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community health care professionals within the assigned Pennsylvania geography to provide clinical and product education for Bristol Myers Squibb hematology and oncology products. Actively assess the treatment landscape by meeting with HCPs to understand their needs, utilizing approved education materials to deliver a continuum of clinical support that optimizes patient management and treatment duration. Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites, while collaborating with medical and commercial partners to deliver educational speaker programs and in-services in approved out-of-office settings. Monitor account data and dashboard metrics to adjust business plans, continuously seeking to increase knowledge of disease states and address emerging educational gaps. This field-based role requires approximately 50-75% travel, including the ability to fly and drive within and out of the territory, with a company car provided. Candidates must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
