Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Consultant responsible for developing professional relationships and educating Health Care Professionals in a defined California geography (San Jose, San Francisco, Bakersfield, Monterey, Fresno, Oakland, San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach). Drive peer-to-peer clinical exchanges, deliver end-to-end education on hematology/oncology products, and support patient management education and disease-state insights. Role emphasizes field-based clinical expertise, program delivery to HCPs via 1:1, group, and remote formats, and collaboration with medical and commercial partners to address educational needs in hematology and oncology, including CAR T site support and nurse-education initiatives. Requires traveling 50-75% of time, with a valid driver license and ability to work nights/weekends as needed. Compensation range listed: $142,710–$172,927 annually for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN, minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
- Nurse Educator experience within the bio/pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Current active Nursing License
- OCN Certification
- Clinical depth within Hematology, Oncology and Cell Therapy disease states
