Clinical Nurse

Clinical Nurse position providing nursing care from advanced beginner to expert within CHOP's pediatric PACU teams. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to develop and implement patient- and family-centered plans of care, recognizing clinical changes and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, collaborates with patients and families, ensures safety and quality through evidence-based practices, and contributes to education of patients, families, and staff. Requires active RN licensure in PA and/or NJ, CPR certification, and adherence to CHOP nursing standards; Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least one year of RN experience is expected. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, teaching, documentation, and participation in quality improvement initiatives, with full-time schedule including days and weekend coverage as described.
