Clinical Nurse BMT Oncology PCU

Direct patient care in the BMT Oncology/PCU setting, including administration of chemotherapy and hematopoietic cell transplant products, telemetry, hemodynamic support, ventilation, dialysis, and supportive care. Develops and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team; educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care; ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participates in ongoing professional development. Roles require night shifts and 3-12 hour schedules; emphasis on high-acuity hematology/oncology nursing within a Magnet-designated academic medical center. RN licensed with either nursing diploma/associate’s degree or BSN preferred.
