Clinical Nurse

Clinical Nurse provides expert clinical leadership and guidance to care staff across BlueCare aged care facilities, leading complex resident care planning and decision-making, contributing to care plan development, and ensuring documentation and compliance with accreditation standards. The role supports staff orientation, mentoring, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders; contributes to quality improvement, risk management, and safety initiatives; supports accurate ACFI assessments to optimize funding; and ensures resident-centred care aligned with organisational values. Requires current RN registration with AHPRA, Bachelor of Nursing, at least 3 years of nursing experience, knowledge of ACFI, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to meet probity and compliance requirements; offers salary packaging and not-for-profit benefits in a permanent, part-time capacity at Gold Coast aged care facilities.
