Clinical Nurse - BJC Healthcare (Saint Louis)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating individuals on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans throughout the stay. Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, including professional development. This safety-sensitive role requires constant alertness and is available in full-time, part-time, and PRN formats at BJC HealthCare's 14 hospitals across the St. Louis region.
