Job Summary
Clinical Nurse B at Medical Center—Outpatient Surgery Center requires BSN, active CA RN license, and 1 year of nursing experience. Responsible for performing nursing process with minimal supervision, applying age-specific patient care, supervising licensed and unlicensed staff, and contributing to safe patient care and professional interactions. Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English; possess critical thinking, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities; and be able to use computer systems and medical equipment. Position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to care plans within a skilled nursing environment. Day shift, full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by American Heart Association
- One year of nursing experience
