Job Summary
Clinical Nurse B-Inpatient ICU per diem/day shift in Murrieta, CA. Provides direct and indirect age-appropriate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Performs the nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) in accordance with the unit's standards. Supervises and delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff; participates in on-call rotation; may serve in Shift Coordinator role after orientation. Requires BSN, at least one year of experience, CA RN license, and BLS; duties include leadership, coordination, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication within electronic medical records and clinical operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of one year experience required
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Other certifications required as listed in the department-specific Plan for Providing Care
