Clinical Nurse Apheresis

Clinical Nurse Apheresis role providing direct patient care within the BJC RN Career Ladder framework. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care; patient and family education on illness/injury management and post-treatment home care; ensuring plan of care communication across the interprofessional team; promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; development and documentation of individualized care plans with defined goals; applying critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs. The role supports professional development, leadership, and collaboration, with opportunities to participate in clinical trials and research; positions are safety-sensitive with shifts 7:30-4 or 8-5 and call starts, and offers a sign-on bonus up to $7,500. Minimum requirements include RN licensure and Nursing Diploma/Associate's with preferred Bachelor's degree and <2 years to 2-3 years RN experience.
