Clinical Nurse 16400 Transplant (Saint Louis)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for kidney and liver transplant recipients, including post-treatment home care education and medication administration. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Work full-time nights in a three-shift rotation within a high-acuity transplant program performing over 250 kidney transplants annually.
