Clinical Nurse 16400 Transplant

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for kidney and liver transplant recipients, including post-treatment home care education and medication administration. Develop individual plans of care with goals in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists, and other interprofessional team members. Promote patient safety and regulatory compliance while addressing physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. Work three 12-hour night shifts full-time in a high-acuity transplant unit. New graduates and experienced RNs welcome with comprehensive orientation and critical care training provided.
