Job Summary
Cultivate referral relationships, manage assigned territory, and complete patient assessments. Make sales contacts and analyze referral and admission data to facilitate referral conversion. Collaborate with business development, admissions, nursing, and internal staff to support the referral process. Provide feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service and patient satisfaction. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders including prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy
- Minimum of two years' experience in the designated field of license
- Experience in rehabilitation/LTACH
- Experience in marketing
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university
- Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience
