Clinical Mental Health Therapist- Behavior Therapist- Level II

Maintain a full-time caseload of children, youth, and young adults with autism and intellectual disabilities, developing and monitoring evidence-based treatment and safety plans aligned with social emotional learning standards. Conduct annual comprehensive assessments analyzing behavior antecedents and consequences to create written behavior strategies, then supervise direct support staff and families in implementing these interventions. Complete daily therapy notes, minute logs, and data entry into goal tracking systems while ensuring due process through Behavior Support Committee and guardian approvals. Facilitate onboarding, professional development, and trainings throughout the year, providing consultation to other service providers and collaborating with teams during clinical meetings. Participate in individual and group clinical supervision, attend rotating after-hours on-call shifts, and maintain consistent communication with home managers, case managers, schools, and parents regarding youth progress and needs.
