Job Summary
Therapist leads group therapy programs for adolescents and adults, conducts individual therapy, mentors graduate interns, and provides supervision within a collaboratively supported clinical team. Lead responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based care to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Regular in-person attendance at the Mesa, AZ office is required; role includes 2-3 days per week of leading group therapy during after-school and early evening hours. Eligible clinicians must hold AZ licensure (LAC/LMSW/LAMFT/LPC/LCSW/LMFT) and maintain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, CPR and first aid certification, with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable
- Continuously maintain active CPR and first aid certification
