Job Summary
Clinical Mental Health Supervisor role directing and mentoring therapists, interns, and clinical support staff; supervise and track supervision hours/files for compliance; participate in clinical interviewing and hiring; address patient concerns and ensure high-quality care; provide direct client therapy using evidence-based treatments; collaborate with professionals to support comprehensive treatment plans; in-office location focused on supervision and team collaboration. Experience with LPC/LMFT/LCSW licensing in Arizona, supervision policies, and ongoing professional development (EMDR, DBT, ACT) is valued, as is a strong commitment to growth, quality of care, and leadership within a collaborative clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners on an independent level as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW
- One (1) year of clinical supervision experience in the behavioral health field preferred but not required
- Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Supervisor Training preferred but not required
- Current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
- CPR and first aid certification
