Job Summary
Provide 100% center-based direct patient care while serving as the Clinical Medical Director for the assigned center. Lead by example to promote clinical excellence, mentor clinicians and future leaders, and partner with medical and operational leadership to improve quality, safety, workflows, and center performance. Support staffing, clinician meetings, and operational initiatives while developing relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and community partners to support market growth. Understand and contribute to center financial and strategic goals. Requires an MD or DO with a current California license, board certification or eligibility, and clinical leadership experience. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call. Includes $100,000 hiring bonus, $10,000 annual stipend, and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Current, unrestricted California medical license
- Board certified or board eligible in an appropriate specialty
